Orders that have both in-stock and pre-order items will ship separately.

All in-stock items are shipped withing 1-2 business days from order date. Once an order is shipped, standard shipping times will apply. For USA shipments (depending on shipping method) can take 2-9 business days. For orders shipped outside of the USA will take 5 to 20 business days.

We ship to most countries around the world. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified during the checkout process. If you have any questions or concerns about this feel free to contact us here

Orders are processed almost immediately after your order is placed. We can not guarantee that we will be able to change or edit an address in time. If you fail to communicate a shipping address change before your order is shipped you will have to contact the courier to reroute your order. LolcowCo is not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address if we are not provided the information prior to dispatching of your order.

If your package fails to be delivered due to an insufficient delivery address, your order will be returned to us. In this event, please contact us and we will reorganize a reshipment to an updated shipping address at an additional shipping cost.

Follow these steps to locate your parcel that's marked as "Delivered" but hasn't shown up yet:

1. Double-Check the Delivery Location: Search around your property, including the front and back doors, porches, garages, and any other spots the package might be left. Ask your neighbors if they accidentally received your LolcowCo parcel or if they saw it being delivered.

2. Review the Delivery Information: Check the tracking info and delivery confirmation to make sure it was marked as delivered to the correct address and on the correct date. Contact the store for your tracking information

3. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to USPS to confirm where the package was delivered. If you can’t find it, report the missing package to them. You can contact them through their customer service number, website, or by visiting a local office. USPS Customer Service: +1 800-275-8777. Have your tracking number and other relevant details ready.

The cost of shipping your package, which is included in your order total, does not cover any import duties. You may be subject to taxes/import duties for your package at the time of arrival to your country.

LolcowCo supplies customs information to our shipping carriers that comply with local laws. We can not estimate your countries taxes/import duties, please refer to your countries fee schedule.

LolcowCo can not control any additional fees that may be incured during the customs process for your country. We recommend speaking with your local post office if you have any questions regarding your country's customs process. Unpaid duty and tax orders will be considered abandones and not liable for a refund.

Due to the nature of some items selling out quickly, we can not guarantee the availability of products. We encourage that if you see an item you want, your purchase it before it goes out of stock. Items in the cart are not reserved. If your cart contains items that are no longer available or out of stock, the items will be removed or the cart will not be completed during the checkout process.

Pre-orders are offered when items are manufactured to demand or when items are in route to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please note that each item offered for pre-order will contain estimated dates of shipping times and additional details in it's product description.

Sometimes unexpected delays can occur with our pre-orders and occasionally may delay shipping times by up to 10-20 days. Keep an eye out for email updates about your orders.

LolcowCo has a 14 day return policy. All returned or exchanged items must be returned in their original packaging and unused/unworm. Return shipping cost is not included and will not be refunded unless the item is damages or faulty. Please consider the environment when purchasing and returning products as they carry a large carbon footprint.

LolcowCo reserves the right to change the prices of items throughout the store, promotions and campaigns. LolcowCo does not adjust prices for items whose original price may have been reduced.

Please check to ensure that your order has not been split into multiple deliveries. Some items may ship from different warehouses and may cause orders to be split.
